Christina Joy Fecht  is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) who has an office at Dwell Sanctuary in San Diego, California.  Encouraging healing for body, mind and spirit,  she helps people unwind from their busy lifestyles and overcome injuries, creating health and balance.  She has an intuitive and nurturing touch specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and Energy work. 

Supporting clients as they transition through injuries or areas in their lives that keep them from living life fully, she holds the space for the body to tap into its own natural healing abilities. 

Each session is designed to meet the client where s/he is at, and sessions often incorporate aromatherapy, breath-work, visualizations, recommendations for self-care, & stretches; again offering body, mind and spirit the opportunity to unwind, re-establishing balance.
